Food Allergy Disclaimer

Zarin’s Signature Catering takes food safety and allergen awareness seriously. However, all food is prepared in a kitchen that handles a wide range of ingredients, including common allergens. 

 

Allergens in Our Kitchen 

Our kitchen may handle ingredients that include, but are not limited to: 

  • Nuts 

  • Dairy 

  • Gluten 

  • Eggs 

  • Soy 

  • Sesame 

 

While every effort is made to handle food carefully, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens or cross contamination. 

 

Customer Responsibility 

Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements at the time of placing an order. This applies to all individuals who will be consuming the food. 

 

Allergen information must be clearly communicated before an order is confirmed. Failure to notify us in advance may increase the risk of allergen exposure, for which Zarin’s Signature Catering cannot be held responsible. 

 

Severe Allergies 

Customers with severe allergies are advised to use their own discretion when ordering. Due to the nature of our kitchen, ingredients, and preparation methods, we may not be able to safely accommodate all allergy requirements. 

 

Our Commitment 

Where allergies are declared in advance, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them and reduce the risk of cross contamination. However, absolute separation of allergens cannot be guaranteed. 

 

Menu and Ingredient Information 

Ingredients and allergens may be present even if not explicitly listed on the menu. Recipes, catering dishes, and free recipe content may contain allergens. 

 

Customers are encouraged to ask questions about ingredients before placing an order. 

 

Consumption of Food 

By placing an order with Zarin’s Signature Catering, customers acknowledge and accept that food is consumed at their own discretion and risk, particularly in relation to allergies and intolerances.
