Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, services, and website use provided by Zarin’s Signature Catering. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

 

1. About Us 

Zarin’s Signature Catering provides freshly prepared, home style meals and catering services for individuals, families, and events. Orders are accepted via WhatsApp, phone, or email and are confirmed manually. 

 

2. Placing an Order 

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, phone, or email. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Zarin’s Signature Catering. 

 

The minimum order value is KSh 700. 

 

3. Order Confirmation and Payment 

Payment is required upon confirmation of the order. Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been received. 

 

We do not accept deposits. Full payment is required to secure an order. 

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds 

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, our cancellation and refund policy is as follows: 

  • Orders placed 24 hours in advance and paid for are non refundable. 

  • Orders placed 48 hours or more in advance must be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order to be eligible for cancellation. 

  • Once preparation has begun, no refunds will be issued. 

 

All cancellation requests must be made via the same channel the order was placed. 

 

5. Changes to Orders 

Requests to change menu items or quantities may be accepted at our discretion and must be made as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may not be possible once preparation has begun. 

 

6. Collection and Delivery 

Customers may choose between collection or delivery. 

 

Delivery is available via rider at a fee of KSh 300. 

 

Once food has been collected or delivered, responsibility for storage, handling, reheating, and consumption passes to the customer. Zarin’s Signature Catering is not responsible for delays caused by third party riders or issues arising after food has left our control, unless the issue is directly caused by us. 

 

7. Food Preparation and Allergies 

All food is freshly prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. While care is taken, we cannot guarantee zero cross contamination. 

 

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary requirements at the time of ordering. Zarin’s Signature Catering cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions where information has not been clearly provided. 

 

8. Website Use and Free Downloads 

Any free recipe books or downloadable resources provided on our website are for personal use only. These materials may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without permission. 

 

9. Limitation of Liability 

Zarin’s Signature Catering will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse of food products, failure to follow storage or reheating advice, or circumstances beyond our control once food has been delivered or collected. 

 

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law. 

 

10. Changes to These Terms 

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. 

 

11. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
