Refund & Cancellation Policy

Zarin’s Signature Catering prepares all food fresh to order. For this reason, we operate a clear and firm refund and cancellation policy. 

 

Orders and Payment 

All orders are confirmed manually via WhatsApp, phone, or email. Payment is required upon confirmation of the order. Once payment has been received, the order is considered confirmed. 

 

Minimum Order 

The minimum order value is KSh 700. 

 

Cancellations 

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, our cancellation policy is as follows: 

 

Orders placed 24 hours in advance 

Once an order is placed, confirmed, and paid for within 24 hours of the delivery or collection time, it is non refundable. 

 

Orders placed 48 hours or more in advance 

Orders placed 48 hours or more in advance may be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order becomes non refundable. 

 

All cancellation requests must be made through the same communication channel used to place the order. 

 

Refunds 

Refunds are not provided once food preparation has begun or where cancellations fall outside the timeframes stated above. 

 

In rare circumstances where an issue arises

In rare circumstances where a refund or replacement is approved due to an error on our part, this will be handled on a case by case basis. Any refund issued will be processed using the original payment method where possible. 

 

Changes to Orders 

Requests to change menu items or quantities may be considered at our discretion and must be communicated as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may not be possible once preparation has begun. 

 

Delivery and Collection 

Once food has been collected or delivered, responsibility for the food passes to the customer. Zarin’s Signature Catering is not responsible for issues arising from storage, reheating, or handling after collection or delivery. 

 

Delivery fees are non refundable once a rider has been dispatched.
